Wenta SGH's eye specialist centre this morning to know that without an appt, you hafta wait 2-3 hrs! OMG. Siao man.
So we walked the longest way to A&E. Like some maze pls. Okayokay, what happened next is cool la :D Cos as usual i had to take my temp outside first. Then two days ago i had fever, & cos i kept coughing in front of him, they gave my mom & I a mask to wear. Like as though i have SARS can. Later which i had to go through the other door which led to a corridor with just 2 rooms. So they let me into one of the rooms, checked me & asked some questions, then after which i was let out! (:
As i sat there waiting, i was observing all the nurses walking around. Then i started telling my mom, actually i kinda like being a nurse. Really, i vanna go for hospital attachment again if i could. Well i guess because during my attachment, the nurses from ITE told me that they had to insert tubes into each other to practice? I dont know if thats true but like VHAT THE ELL. that scared me silly. I mean, i like to show concern & help others. Esp those in need. Like being a nurse gives a sense of fufilment & much more. You see your patients coming in sick, going out well. Hopefully. You try as much to bring joy to every patient of yours. Its challenging. Well we all know most sick people tend to be grouchy & all. So, things like persuading them to eat their meds, making them feel better, etc isnt a very easy task! & hey, in some cases where complications arises does make things exciting, doesnt it? Like everyday you'll see many new cases, learn lotsa new stuffs. To me, thats leading a fufilling life. It makes you feel good, feel important, & keeps you learning.
Okay but HTM's just as good. I mean, its service & i like to lead. Well im saying i'll be a hotel manager! ahaha. so.. its cool (:
Alright anyway, the doc says i have sore eyes & cough. 2 days MC!
